Fast, compact and with fast changeover times, JASA’s state of the art Sleever has it all. Inspired by the growing collection of luxurious sleeved-packaging in supermarkets, we developed the ‘Next Generation’ Sleever with customer input. The Sleever processes up to 100 trays per minute, has a very short changeover time of less than five minutes, hygienic design, and is very easy to operate. The Sleever is a compact plug-and-play machine and can be added to almost any packaging line.
JASA is an authority when it comes to the pre-glued sleeve technique, and customers chose the Dutch-designed Sleever because of its large sleeve and tray range. The newest innovation replaces the film used to pack apple trays. Sleeve material is 100% suitable for recycling and produce can be packed without plastic film.
The JASA Sleever can also be used to sleeve ready-to-eat meals, salads, meat, fish, processed fruit, and tapas.
