Gillenkirch Gillenkirch KK-1000-H Hydraulic Floor Level Entry Bin Tipper automatically and gently empties bins or crates from floor level.
The floor-level entry height allows the customer to easily place crates and rolling containers. Prior to the turning process, the crate is closed by a lowerable lid with integrated closing flap. The crate tipper is designed in such a way that the transfer height is precisely defined to ensure gentle product transfer.
A photocell provides control. The bin tipper is available in various sizes. Optionally, the machines are equipped with a control system via sensors, to move the bin to the home or end position.
