Description
The JASA 350 CM is a Continuous Motion vertical form, fill and seal machine suitable for packing bulk goods in bags from PE, PP or laminated film on the reel. The machine is equipped with a Motion Controller System with touch panel and is free programmable and very simple to operate by means of a touch screen display. Up to 100 programs can be memorized and selected.

- End of film reel detection with machine stop
- Vertical and horizontal seal system
- Vertical Ropex hot air and horizontal Ropex impulse seal system for PE or
- Vertical drag belt seal and horizontal heat seal system for PP and laminates
- Pneumatic opening and closing of film draw-off belts
- Pneumatically adjustable pressure on film draw-off belts
- Film draw-off belts driven by Simotion with 2 independent servo motors
- Seal system executed in heavy duty materials
- PE and PP seal bars and wear parts within easy reach and easily removable and exchangeable
- Photocell for bag length registration with pre0printed film
- Printer frame for standard thermo transfer printer
- Bag guiding underneath seal jaws, adjustable height
- Synchronization for feeding system
- Synchronization for printer./coding unit and metal detector
