Description
Fully automatic wicket/poly bag line for potatoes. This line is optimized for 2-10lb portions of small to medium-sized potatoes at high speeds. A NEWTEC 4015XB2 Weigher feeds two Ag-Pak AP7000 Wicket/Poly Baggers. A Constant Flow Conveyor is used to ensure proper feed to the weigher. The line can bag portions from 2-20 pounds at speeds up to 90 bags per minute on 5lb portions.
The AP7000 bagger is available with optional active sidewalls on the bag feed belt to significantly reduce bridging with large products and portions. The AP7000 is also available with integrated check weighers.
