Description

Fully automatic wicket/poly bag line for potatoes. This line will handle small to large potatoes. A NEWTEC 4014XB1 Weigher feeds two Ag-Pak AP7000 Wicket/Poly Baggers. A Constant Flow Conveyor is used to ensure proper feed to the weigher. The line can bag portions from 2-20 pounds at speeds up to 80 bags per minute on 5lb portions. This is one of our most common line configurations.

The AP7000 bagger is available with optional active sidewalls on the bag feed belt to significantly reduce bridging with large products and portions. The AP7000 is also available with integrated check weighers.
